The product took 5-7 days to ship. Did not arrive on time? I felt it was too expensive for the products in the basket. The main thing is that it did not arrive on time for Easter

The product arrived with a crack in the planter. I notified your company via email and never got a response. Therefore, I do not believe I would use the company again due to poor customer service. This was not a purchase for myself but a gift to someone.
